On the Go Festival

Right after the wedding, Meghan, Candace, Abbey and I went to the On the Go Festival on the square. We all worked the Austin Bridge/Avalon table, selling CD's and t-shirts.

Candace was trilled to be there!

After a little nap (for Dylan and Brandon), dad, Angela, Auntie Marsha, Dylan and Brandon joined us.
We were able to hear Keith Cook preach the gospel. Brandon and I are actually board members for On the Go ministries and help wherever and whenever we can. Last time the festival was in Springfield, about 2 years ago, we were there the entire day. We missed quite a bit of the festival this time for the wedding but were happy to be there for the end of the day. Over 7500 people came out to the festival this year - what an outreach!
The main event was Avalon.
They were phenomenal to listen to in person.
Dylan really liked the music. We know that if Britton was there he would have been dancing on the streets!
Although we were exhausted, it was great to be outside, sharing the gospel.

After the concert, Avalon actually came over to sign CD's. Meghan had bought three of them and was able to get each of them signed!
She knows that one of them will end up in my car!
