After children's choir and bible study, we headed out to the cross plains area for a BBQ. Dad had stayed at a rental house that Auntie Sarah had found. It was really quite nice!
Uncle Wilbur and dad grilled fish and chicken, peaches and even bananas!
Opa and Britton were a little concerned that they had taken their eyes off the grill and were talking and taking pictures.
Uncle Wilbur and Auntie Sarah live in Indiana so we're talking about going and visiting them one weekend to just get away.
Of course, Meghan would come with us and we would have to go shopping in Chicago!
It was so good to see Opa and Oma again. Hopefully we'll make it to Canada next year and get to visit again.
Oma and Marion were nice and relaxed after the busy weekend.
The Oudmans - Angela stayed with Brandon and I so we got to spend some extra time with her but it was really great to see everyone.

The girls and their little boys. Dylan and Britton really got along well. Britton wanted to play with him and hug and kiss him all weekend. Hopefully they'll play like that next time we see them!

Brandon was just happy that he didn't have to help cook or clean!
When we got home, we made a present for my dad from Britton. Of course, it involved some paint and Britton decided it would be good to get it all over! Luckily we played with the paint while he was in the bath. Thanks for your help Auntie Meghan!
