Boxing Day

Britton still wasn't feeling well but really wanted to go to the hockey game. Unfortunately, Kris was sick as well and didn't make it down to Nashville. We all wore our Kris jerseys!
Meghan caught a puck from Patrick Kane and was really excited.
The Blackhawks beat the Preds 4-1!

Christmas Day

Santa came to visit Britton and brought him a few toys.
He knew Britton would get way too much stuff from everyone else so he didn't bring too much.

Britton was not feeling great when he went to bed on Christmas Eve and ended up waking up around 9am. We had to wake up daddy up!
Reading the Christmas story in Britton's Bible.
Mama what is all this?
It's Mack!
Hammer like this?
Since Britton and Brandon woke up so late, we just had Santa gifts and went over to Brandon's parent's house. Shelby, Britton and Will decided to relax a little after breakfast.
What is that in there mama?
Get it out daddy!

E-daddy relaxing after all the gifts.
E-mama watching a little TV.
That night, we opened our presents. Britton was really excited about more blocks and a soccer goal!

On the Go Christmas Outreach

We volunteered for the On the Go Christmas Outreach in Nashville. Some of our Sunday School class was able to come and help us out!
Brandon and I were going to be Mary and Joseph but Brandon ended up having to stay home with Britton.
So Brandon Dodd filled in!
It was a live Nativity.
All of us,
in a small space,
with a llama that didn't like to be touched, he had to be held the entire time,
two small goats,
two sheep,
two donkeys,
and a small miniature cow. The cow would knock anyone out of the way!Charmelle, Trace and Hannah were great wise men!
Trace, Katie and Bethany were our shepherds.

There were so many people there! I think we almost reached the fire hazard limit. It was a great time of outreach!
