On Britton and my walk today, we found this baby turtle in the road. I decided to rescue it and bring it home to let Britton watch it.
We put it in the bowl with some water and just let it go! When Brandon came home from running the Country Music 1/2 Marathon, we brought it inside to show Brandon. Soon after, we realized the turtle was missing! It had crawled out of the bowl and was on the run! We could not find it anywhere! (We finally found it a day later!)
Jeff, Abbey, Brandon and I went to the Melting Pot that night to celebrate our birthdays.
It was wonderful!
