Trip to the Zoo

It was a beautiful day so we took a trip to the zoo.

A Little Scare

I had my regular checkup today and had a little scare while I was there! They couldn't find the heartbeat on Doppler. Of course, that scared me quite a bit. I had thought I had been feeling the baby moving but then I started to doubt myself. Luckily, the ultrasound showed we just had a really active little child! The heartbeat was one of the best sounds I've heard!

The Melting Pot

Every time Bethany has visited Tennessee, we have gone to eat at the Melting Pot.

I love an excuse for good food!

After the Melting Pot we walked around Nashville for awhile. The birds were going crazy! I have never seen so many birds flying around, it was like they were on speed! I had just got done saying I didn't want to get pooped on and Bethany said it was good luck when....

What a way to end an amazing trip! We have had so much fun at the beach, talking, playing wii and just spending time together. I'm going to miss her so much!

Monkey Joe's with Behhy and Mo!

We went to Monkey Joe's for a little while to give Mo and Behhy an amazing experience!

Last time I took Britton alone, he wanted to go in one area and to get up the slide was extremely hard. They didn't believe me so they got to experience it this time. After falling repeatedly, they now understand!

Driving Home

Britton was incredibly sad that we were leaving the beach.

After driving for awhile, we stopped for some great food and place to play.

Britton did a great job of traveling. He switched between my car and Mo's car; I was so proud of him! I know he traveled better than Brandon!

Destin Day 4 - The Rest of the Story

Every time Britton sees a picture being taken, he wants to be a part of it!

For dinner we ate at Pompano Joe's.

Great food and great company!

Our table was right on the beach so we were able to watch the ocean the entire time!

After dinner, we headed to the beach for some pictures!

We have had a great trip with Bethany, I'm so glad she was able to come down!

Some people saw us taking pictures on the beach from their balcony and decided to come down and help us!

It's amazing that even though I moved to Tennessee 15 years ago, Bethany and I still stay in touch! We can pick up right where we left off anytime.

Britton has grown up so much from last year.

It's amazing to see how quickly he changes.

14 weeks and 3 pounds. I'm amazed at how quickly I'm showing this time.

What a great way to end our vacation. It was so pretty outside, we went back inside and got changed to go swimming. It was a beautiful night and perfect for the pool!
